DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I do! Star Children from the skies far away are just as welcome as those living near me.

Feel free to place an order through my beloved authorized dealers and enjoy its benefits like local shipping conditions and reduced shipping times for in stock eyes if they have some for sale.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU OPEN PRE ORDERS FOR RESIN EYES?

Pre Orders are open all the time, as I work on eyes every day. Feel free to place an order whenever you would like to receive some magical resin eyes for your dolls. It takes about 2-3 weeks to finish the eyes, but I always strive to keep the waiting as short as possible. Avoid waiting times by checking what's in stock here.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH MY RESIN EYE ORDER?

The production time is stated in each product information section. For resin eyes, a production time of 2-3 weeks maximum is scheduled. It takes about 2-3 weeks to finish the eyes, but I always strive to keep the waiting as short as possible. Avoid waiting times by checking what's in stock here.

DO YOU ACCEPT GROUP ORDERS?

Yes, I do! I really like smart Star Children who order in groups. Please note that the boxes I use to ship the items have only limited space. If you consider making a huge group order, make sure to contact me about it beforehand so I can work out the best solution fitting your needs.

I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER AND MAKE IT A GIFT TO MY FRIEND .

IS THERE A WAY TO ADD SOMETHING PERSONAL?

I like such sweet Star Children. Making gifts is the warmest way to tell somebody that they're welcome in your life. If you would like me to add something special (like typical German sweets for example), contact me and I will gladly help you out.

DO YOU SELL THE DOLLS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

No. The dolls are not for sale as they are either part of my own collection or belong to my customers. Otherwise, if a doll is for sale, it will be labelled clearly.

I DON'T WANT TO PAY CUSTOM FEES. DO YOU UNDERVALUE PARCELS?

No, I don't. I will ship out the items including insurances, and to take benefit from the insurance the parcel needs to be declared correctly. I will not be responsible for loss or damage during transportation as I do not have control over it at all. Imagine a 250$ doll head getting lost in the vastness of the postal system, and everything you get back is a "sorry", just because you wanted to avoid custom fees. We wouldn't want that, neither you nor me.

I AM ALLERGIC TO CAT HAIR. DO I NEED TO BE WORRIED?

I have a cat at home, and I can't guarantee that there won't be any cat hair attached to the items you will receive. Please choose to make a purchase with responsability towards yourself.

DO YOU WORK ON RECASTS, TOO?

No, I do not work on recasts as they are stolen property and hurt the artists massively. As I would love to share information on recasts and why they're a threat to our hobby, I ask you to read the section "Recasts" in the ABOUT section. Please also read the rules for Face-Up commissions especially. You will find these in the Face-Up section. Do not test your luck sending me a recast to work on against all rules: It will only end in penalties.

CAN I SUBMIT A PHOTO TO THE NEXUS (CUSTOMER GALLERY) EVEN THOUGH MY DOLL IS A RECAST?

I would kindly ask you to not do this. It would hurt my feelings if I glorified something I don't think is worth so much positive attention. This hobby means the world to me, and recasts have hurt so many artists who tried to make a living from what they loved most. Yet, I am all pro-education - please read the info text "Recasts" in the ABOUT section.
